1. Acceptance
By texting our SMS number, submitting a form on bespoke-tr.com, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to use any service offered by Bespoke Wine Shop. By using our SMS assistant or this website you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we have reason to believe is underage.
3. SMS Messaging Terms
Bespoke Wine Shop sends SMS/MMS messages only to phone numbers that have explicitly opted in on bespoke-tr.com/sms-signup, a written in-store sign-up form, or by texting our number. We operate two distinct consent categories, each with its own opt-in:
Account messages (required to use SMS with your account). When you create an account by phone, you consent to receive transactional SMS:
- One-time verification codes for account login
- Wine club pickup notifications when your monthly selections are ready
- Event announcements for tastings and gatherings you have signed up for
Frequency: approximately 1–5 messages per month.
Marketing messages (optional). Only if you have provided separate, express written consent by checking the marketing box on bespoke-tr.com/sms-signup or on a written in-store form, you will also receive:
- Personalized wine recommendations from our AI wine companion, Savi
- New arrival announcements
- Promotional offers and marketing messages
Frequency: approximately 1–5 marketing messages per month. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase or account creation.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details. You may purchase wine and attend events without providing a phone number.
To opt out: Reply STOP at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Savi is powered by artificial intelligence and makes every effort to provide accurate information, but responses are not guaranteed to be error-free. Wine availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change. Always verify current pricing and availability in store.
Supported carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and all major US carriers. Bespoke Wine Shop and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Alcohol Sales & Responsible Service
All alcohol sales are subject to South Carolina law. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any person who appears intoxicated or who cannot provide valid proof of age. Savi's wine recommendations are informational only and do not constitute an offer to sell alcohol to any person who is not of legal drinking age.
5. Event Bookings
Submitting an inquiry through the Book Event form does not guarantee a reservation. All bookings are subject to availability and require confirmation from Bespoke staff. Reservation deposits, cancellation policies, and event minimums are communicated at the time of booking.
6. Wine Club Membership
Wine club memberships are subject to the specific terms provided at sign-up. Monthly charges are billed in advance to your saved payment method. Members may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partially used months. We reserve the right to substitute wines of equal or greater value if a featured selection becomes unavailable.
7. Payments & Card on File
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. When you save a payment method to your account, your card details are stored exclusively by Stripe — Bespoke Wine Shop does not store or have access to your full card number.
Club members may request that in-store purchases be charged to their saved payment method ("charge to account"). By saving a payment method, you authorize Bespoke Wine Shop to charge it for: (a) recurring club membership fees, (b) in-store purchases made at your request, and (c) event ticket purchases. You will receive a receipt by email for each charge.
You may add, update, or remove your saved payment methods at any time through your account profile. Refunds are processed at the discretion of Bespoke Wine Shop and returned to the original payment method.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on bespoke-tr.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Bespoke Wine Shop and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our website and SMS service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Bespoke Wine Shop is not liable for any damages arising from your use of Savi's recommendations, reliance on pricing or availability information, or any interruption of service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Greenville County, South Carolina.
11. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
